One of the largest huts on our Alm!
On the 95m² in our main house you will find sophisticated design, two spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with rain showers. This apartment also impresses with its spacious living area, where two more guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed from BoConcept. With its own stylish kitchen and large dining table, there’s nothing to stop you having a sociable get-together in the evening. Then all that’s missing is the beautiful view – a view of the greenery towards Schlosspark Gern and the Theatron – perfect!

Good to know
You can’t or don’t like to cook? – Simply become a snack maker with us and come to our traditional “Oberwirt” inn. There we provide you with a rich breakfast buffet, a small snack, coffee & cake for in between and a hearty dinner. A good time!
Parking spaces? Directly in front of the hut – in our parking garage (indoor & outdoor) per vehicle & night 8 euros – first come, first served.
Four-legged friends are welcome! Costs 8 € per pet & night.
Come down again! Relax in our cozy sauna hut – Finnish sauna hut with sweat-inducing temperature. Relaxation! Free of charge!
1 We can only confirm the early arrival or late departure service depending on availability. If guests are due to arrive or depart on the same day, it is unfortunately not possible for us to clean the apartments to our standard in the short time available. We ask for your understanding.
